mother's day

Happy Mother's Day to all you Moms and Moms-To-Be!

We get to spend Mother's Day weekend with our moms and grandmothers back in Mississippi. I love how God works out small details like placing Taylor's graduation date, available dates for leave, and Mother's day all in one weekend. He is so good to us.

I know time has completely flown for our sweet mamas. If they could have kept us little, I know they would have in a second. I want you both to know how much you mean to us. I just about can not put it into words.

My mom and I have been through so much. She has pulled my brother and me through some of the toughest times. She was always there to lead us in the right direction, even now as adults. I've seen her do what is right no matter how hard it hurt. We know what each other is thinking by just one look. She knows me better than anyone else in this world. I'm not worried about when I start having babies because I have this woman to look to for the answers. I'm so happy I got to experience so many happy times with her. My wedding that was planned in 3 months were some of the best memories I could ever keep in my heart. God showed us so many special things during that time as a family. I love my mom and I'm excited we get to celebrate the special women in our life this special Sunday!

Nick and his Mom have a very special relationship. It is so personal and honest. I love how much he respects her. I have grown so close to her since Nick and I have been together. I love how our relationship has just bloomed over the last 2 years. I am so happy God brought this special lady into my life. If you need encouragement, you should just go have a visit with Mrs. Jan. I'm so thankful for her because she raised my husband. And I think he turned out pretty top notch. And whenever I look at these pictures, I always hope to have a little mini Nick one day. He was the CUTEST little boy. Thank you for your heart, Mrs. Jan!

I am so blessed to have these two in my life. The three of us have a ball when we get together which is such an awesome bonus! Thank you both for what you do for us. We could never truly put into words how much you mean to us both.

Also, I want to say Happy Preggo Mother's day to a couple close friends, Kelsey Jones and Lindsey Allen. I love seeing God just bless your lives! I wish I was closer to experience it up close but I am praying for both of you. I know you already feel so close to that sweet bundle. I can't wait to get my hands on those sweet cheeks!

Go kiss your mama!

Victoria

SO precious. I love how God has just loved on you by placing these sweet women in your lives. I don't think anything is more precious than a wife having a sweet relationship with her husband's Mama. You're blessed, friend. Happy Mother's Day to the awesome moms in your life!!

I always say God knew what he was doing when he chose me as my mother's daughter. He knew I needed her. I love seeing strong relationships between mothers and daughters-whether blood or not. God gives us exactly who we need in the life. Hand hug! (it's the new fist bump)
