This baby thing is getting fun. I'm figuring out that dressing a boy is just as much fun as dressing a little girl! I'm all about DIY and a year ago I tried my hand at sewing, which turned into a hobby now! Im so glad I started before I had a baby!
Before I had Carter, I decided to go ahead and make him a costume. I was in the nesting mood and Nick was off training, so I searched and searched for something fun. I decided on The Very Hungry Caterpillar. I found some great material and made the bodysuit for a great price! My friend in San Diego has a sister in law that crochets so she made his hat. Normally when I try a project like this, it doesn't look like anything I imagined in the first place, but this one turned out just right! I even got Rosie in on it and made her a strawberry costume to go along with the book.
And so, here is my Very Hungry Caterpillar. So fitting!
